There is not much to report for April except that everyone here at tangible waves was hit with the Corona virus recently. It knocked us all around quite a bit, but we are all fine now! We are busy with preparations for Superbooth and also with assembling, packing and shipping the absolutely amazing amount of orders which we’ve received over the last 2 months. The VMIX-10 has been especially in high demand since it was featured and shared on a multitude of Facebook groups (most of which we didn’t even know existed!) and lately it was even featured in the print edition of FAZEmag, one of Germany’s largest DJ magazine. No new modules were released in April … but do stay tuned for news from Superbooth which is only a few nights away now! Music made by the Community The forum was abuzz with new releases in April and now we have the space and time to feature most if not all of the cool tracks which were posted. If you make music with the AE Modular, then we want to know about it and listen to it and cheer you on! Please make sure to post a link to your track on the forum so we can pick it up and feature it in these monthly blog posts. On Bandcamp

It’s not too late to grab one or more day tickets: https://www.superbooth.com/en/tickets.html Meet the Makers! It is our absolute pleasure to have all AE Modular makers in the same place at the same time at Superbooth! Meet John aka Wonkystuff from England who brought us the incredible RBSS and CoreAE among other cool modules. You can also meet Zeno aka Keurslager Kurt who has created Quadboost, Sloth and other instant cult classics. And last, but definitely not least, you will be able to meet Toms aka Kyaa the creator of the de facto standard module for Euclidean Sequencing “Euclid Grid”. He will come all the way from the United States to present his newest creation. We hope to see many of you at the tangible waves booth soon! |
